If I had a dollar for all the times my girlfriends and I wondered what our men were really thinking, I would be out of student loan debt! I have always been curious about the male perspective and often fascinated by their insights.

As a daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend, I have come to understand the positive and irreplaceable impact men have on households, businesses, and our communities at large.

We unify our people (men and women) and balance the narrative by leaning into the necessary but often overlooked point of view of our Black Men.

‘He. Motions’ is a panel-style conversation that fosters a safe space to uncover hearts and thoughts and empower each other to unlearn limiting beliefs and outdated practices.
